I also declare that if any items within my submission are copyrighted, I have sought and received permission to use those items for this purpose.
I agree that my name, likeness and biographical material, including affiliations, may be used in connection with and promotion of the work.
I hereby waive any right to any form of compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of the scans.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any copy that is used in connection with the scan(s) and release and discharge Art Trader Magazine / IllustratedATCs.com, its affiliates and licensees, of the scans(s) for the purposes described above, including any claims for libel, invasion of privacy or breach of copyright.
