The event itself will begin at noon on Friday June 19 and will continue until 6 a.m. on Sunday June 21. If you would like to arrive on Thursday June 18 or stay the night of Sunday June 21, a room can be arranged for you at the event price. Event planning is still being finalized, but the current plan is to offer a 24-hr Art Room for exclusive use by AFA09 attendees, and a few workshops on Friday and Saturday between the hours of noon and 6 p.m. We will have make-and-trades, games, open art creation, and open swapping for the whole weekend long! Meals on Friday night and all day Saturday are included in the event price. We will also have snacks and drinks available! There will be a large group meal on Saturday night.
